Kuang Hsu/ Guangxu Year 29 (1903) Submission to the emperor from the Minister of War regarding promotion of officers in Chekiang province. The submission was returned with comment "Royal Decree" agreed".

光緒二十九年（1903）兵部漢文奏摺，奏浙江武官補用事，上批“奉旨﹕依議”欽此。辛丑議成，皇帝回鑾，續被禁於瀛台，無法正常視事，由臣工代批。
