Lot 33

Kuang Hsu / Guangxu Year 27 (1901) Submission to the emperor while in exile in Sian, from the Minister of War regarding punishment of officers unable to discipline Manchu soldiers. The Submission was returned with comment "Royal Decree: agreed" and "Seal of Ministry of War en tour".

光緒二十七年（1901）兵部漢文奏折，奏鎮江旗兵鬧事，長官交部議處事，上批“奉旨﹕依議”欽此。鈐“行在兵部關防”。當時慈禧挾光緒帝“西狩”，無法正常視事，由臣工代批。
