烏蘭巴托寄北平。紅條封，背貼蒙古票改值25m蓋40m，銷烏蘭巴托日戳。3.24經滿洲里，鈐少見之“東省特別區第三區警事廳署”檢查章。加貼帆船5分四方連3.29抵北平。出色之檢查例子，貼用蒙古Mung改值票亦較難得。
