administration was found to man- age the retention and repatriation
of Japanese POW.
約1946年一對出自東北日軍戰俘之檢查信片，貼日本票或孫像限東北貼用票，鈐不同樣式之“東北行轅日僑俘管理處”檢查章。抗戰勝利後，國民政府成立東北行轅日僑俘管理處以處理東北地區百萬日本僑民與俘虜之遣返和留用。
