two sheets (80 stamps) produced with this error, there are less
than 35 documented examples. The vast majority are unused and come
from what is referred to as the type A surcharge from Setting A.
There are approximately five or six examples of the type B
surcharge double variety from Setting B, which has the surcharge
applied higher than that of type A. All of these are canceled by
