example from Sinkiang.

Canada”批注。貼十二枚第一版民國代封票，當中兩枚隨後掉落，鈐北京12.19中轉戳，寫有“Received Peking in
broken condition”批示。極少見之新疆代封郵件。

cover was opened in order to look for information and then resealed
with 1st print officially resealed labels with "Wuchang First Class
Postmaster" oval d.s. for responsibility Redirected to Shanghai (14
Oct). Then forwarded to Dead Letter Office (20 Oct) for return to
USA. Arrived on 27 Dec. Interesting and scarce. Illustration fig.11
