According to Steve Chazen and Danny Wong, there was a period of not conducing censorship in Tibet between Oct 1940 and Jun 1942, but this pair was still censored in India.1941年一對自亞東英局寄英美之封片，貼印度佐治五世及六世票，銷亞東英局日戳。均鈐印度檢查三角戳。蔡盛及王劍智記錄西藏於1940年10月至1942年6月間不實施郵政檢查，但這對封片仍需於印度受檢。
