Tongzhi Year 2 (1863) Imperial silk cover from the Regent ad tge Cabinet to the Viceroy and Governor of Szechuan with Secret Imperial Decree, applied with two "Tong Dao Tang" seals on reverse which was kept by Empress Dowager to signify imperial power prior to the infant emperor assuming real power. It was delivered by courier post at 500 Li per day.同治二年（1863）議政王軍機大臣密諭四川督撫之黃綾封套，後鈐“同道堂”戳記，由五百里諭知。
