Very scarce early example of Canton-Samshui TPO.1906.6 大清第二版郵資片，於廣三鐵路投遞。郵資圖未蓋銷，鈐少見難得之“郵車第壹號”漢英圓戳。6.5經廣州，同日抵香港。這款早期廣三鐵路郵戳十分珍罕。

Arrived Harbin (25 Mar). Dated one day after the abolition of Yuan Shi-kai regime. Reflecting the handover of Chinese Eastern Railway is also extremely historical. Ex- Stephen Yen. 1916.3.24 滿綏郵車投遞寄哈爾濱，貼帆船3分，銷“中東 / 滿綏郵車一”腰框日戳（年份為洪憲元年）。3.25抵哈爾濱。日期為袁世凱退位後一天，又適逢中東鐵路管治權移交，極具歷史意義。嚴平西《地區郵集之二東三省》第177頁原件。
