1932 (9 Apr) Cover of “Secretariat of National Crisis Congress”, Loyang to Nanking, f.w. Junk 4c in block of 4 on reverse, tied by “National Crisis Congress / Loyang” cds. The National Crisis Congress held in Loyang was held between 7-11 Apr 1932 and aimed to discuss national defense against Japanese aggression. 1932.4.9 “國難會議秘書處”封自洛陽寄南京，背貼帆船4分四方連，銷“國難會議 / 洛陽”三格日戳。國難會議是因應九一八事變而於1932年4月7日至11日召開的一場會議，圍繞政治和禦侮而展開。

While domestic postage was changed in China proper, this example showed that old postage was still used in Japanese occupied Manchuira. 1932.5.15 瀋陽寄北平，貼帆船1分雙連 + 4分直三連，銷瀋陽三格漢英日戳。5.17抵北平。雖然關內郵資已上調，但日佔東北仍使用舊郵資。

1924 Moukden (1 May) to Shanghai via Moukden-Newchwang air route, f.w. airmail issue 15c on front and Junk 3c on reverse, tied by Moukden bisected bilingual cds. Transit Newchwang (2 May). Arrived Shanghai (5 May). In Apr 1924, trial flight of Moukden-Newchwang air route was conducted and this route officially operated in May. But given the low volumn, this route only lasted for 4 months. Examples are hence scarce. 1924.5.1 奉天經奉營航線寄上海，正貼航空票1角5分，背貼帆船3分，銷奉天半切漢英日戳。5.2經牛莊。5.5抵上海。1924年4月，奉營航線試航，並於5月正式運營。但由於郵量不大，故此航線僅維持四個月便告停航。郵例難得。
