Alongside with a label stating the mail was detained by the Japanese and would be returned via Russian Mission in Japan. Arrived St. Petersbourg (11 Nov 1906). Scarce detained example.1904.7.26 旅順寄聖彼得堡，被日軍扣留，於戰後重寄。貼軍徽圖7戈比，銷旅順俄局T&S 2G型日戳。貼有標籤，指信件被日方扣留，將經俄國駐日使團退回。1906.11.11抵聖彼得堡。少見之日俄戰爭扣留例子。
