Incoming mails to Hong Kong are extremely scarce. 1885.6.7 黑爾戈蘭島10芬尼郵資片寄海南，鈐黑爾戈蘭島日戳。6.12經布林迪西。蓋有7.12檳城-香港及新加坡至香港Webb 3號海上分揀戳。黑爾戈蘭島是北海東部的小型群島，進口香港之郵例可遇不可求。
