1907 Chefoo (22 Apr) to England. Picture postcard, f.w. Hong Kong KEVII 4c, tied by extremely scarce Chefoo BPO Webb type B cds. Webb recorded that this cds was only recorded on 4 adhesives. Dr. Andrew Cheung, however, recorded two examples on postcards in which it is the earliest and the only outgoing one.1907.4.22 煙台寄英國。圖片明信片，貼香港愛德華七世4仙，銷極少見之煙台英局Webb B型日戳。Webb記錄中，此戳僅見於四枚舊票上。張文德醫生則記錄有兩件圖片明信片例子，此為兩者中日期最早，兼是唯一一件出口者。
