Guangxu / Kuang Hsu Year 13 (1887) submission to the emperor, from the Tarbahatay Amban reporting on the supression of mutiny there. Delivered at top spee dof 600 Li per day. Returned by the Imperial Court with emperor's comment "Decreed separately".

光緒十三年（1887）塔爾巴哈台參贊大臣錫綸奏摺，奏剿撫塔城兵變事，六百里馳驛。皇帝硃批“另有旨”。
