Guangxu / Kuang Hsu Year 12 (1886) Official letter from the Governor of Sinkiang, Kansu to Ministry of Anhwei. Applied with the Sinkiang Government Official seal which indicate that Kansu was under the same administration with Sinkiang by that time.

光緒十二年（1886）由新疆軍務大臣由甘肅寄安徽巡撫，鈐紅色官印。當時甘肅由新疆大臣管轄。
