1954 a pair of incoming cover and postcard from USA and Austria to Lhas. Former addressing to stamp dealer Tuladhar and in combination with Tibet 3rd issue. Latter applied with type B9 comet d.s. Late example of Tibet local post and Indian post.

1954年一對由美國及奧國進口拉薩之封片，前者寄郵商Tuladhar，混貼西藏獅圖第二版票。後者鈐B9型彗星日戳。為西藏地方郵政及英印客郵局之晚期例子。
