1957 USA (5 Dec) to stamp dealer Tuladhur, Lhasa. Airmail cover, f.w. USA issue x5, tied by Saintloub meter stamp. In combination with Tibet 3rd issue 1/2t in 2 pairs, tied by Lhasa arrival h.s. No Gyantse or Pharijong transit h.s. The 1/2t stamps were in setting IVc which was unrecorded by Waterfall. Late usage of Tibet local post.

1957.12.5 美國寄拉薩的郵商Tuladhur。航空封，貼美國票5枚，銷Saintloub機戳。加貼西藏獅圖第三版半章噶雙連兩件，銷拉薩戳記。無江孜及帕里宗中轉戳。該1/2章噶票為第IVc版式，Waterfall未有記錄。同是西藏地方郵政的晚期例子。
