Commercial usage of ovpt. registered stationery cover is especially scarce. 1906.12.5 天津軍醫院寄英國。香港維多利亞女皇像10仙掛號郵資封（size H2 4 x 9 inch；改值25仙至2.5元），加貼愛德華七世8仙，銷天津英局Webb A型日戳，旁鈐Ri型掛號章。12.11經上海英局，1.16經倫敦。1.16抵Portefract。帶黃點。實寄之改值掛號郵資封尤其少見難得。
