1918 Chinese merchant in Wuliangkhai (Tuva) to Kalgan via Uliassutai (23 May). Red band cover, f.w. Junk 3c + 6c on revese, tied by scarce Uliassutai bilingual cds. Alongside showing the vertical seal of Chinese merchant. Transit Urga (3 Jun). Arrived Kalgan (6 Dec). Six covers originated from Chinese merchants in Wuliangkhai with their cachets are recorded. They are all addressed to their office in Kalgan in 1918 after the opening of Chinese post office in Uliassutai. 1918.5.23 “勿朗海代青貝子旗/義聚公記”經烏里雅蘇台寄張家口。紅條封，背貼帆船3分 + 6分，銷少見之烏里雅蘇台腰框英漢日戳。旁鈐義聚公記始發直戳。6.3經庫倫。12.6抵張家口。中華郵政烏里雅蘇台郵局於民國七年（1918）4月1日開業，4月5日庫倫和烏里雅蘇台間首次發送郵件，烏梁海華商也通過烏里雅蘇台中轉收發郵件；在寄往張家口本號的中式信封封面上蓋有戳記：“勿朗海代青貝子旗/義聚公記”，烏梁海異譯勿朗海，寄信頻率約每月兩封，根據其序號推算，從6號起應該在烏里雅蘇台開局之後寄出，則同一通信總數可能有19件之多,目前僅見6件存世記錄。

Kuang Hsu Year "Hoof" cover from Sair-Ussu to the Urgan Amban, featuring drawings of hooves. Sair-Ussu was the junction of the Yizhan network in Mongolia. However, since the independence of Mongolia, the rise of Urga led to the decline of Sasir-Ussu. Despite its past importance, existing exammples are extremely scarce with only one warrant and two covers (including this one) are known. 光緒年間蒙古“馬上飛遞封”，由賽爾烏蘇寄庫倫大臣，鈐紅色官印。賽爾烏蘇於清代蒙古台站網絡中佔中心位置，隨後才因庫倫在為台站中心而衰落。雖然地位重要，但存世郵例極罕，目前已知僅有一件火票及兩件驛站封（包括這件）。

1913 "Hoof" cover from the Assistant Clerk of stamp of Beis Sandagdorj to the clerk of basic treasury of General Beil. The corners featuring drawings of hooves. Hoof cover got its name from the drwaing of hooves at the four corners which denotes express delivery by horse. Hoof cover has a higher level of emergency than ordinary mails but lower than Bird Covers. However, the rarity is equally impeccable. 1913年蒙古“馬上飛遞封”。“馬上飛遞封”因四角畫有馬蹄而得名，以表明為需以馬匹送遞之急件。其緊急程度高於一般郵件，但低於“飛鳥封”。但稀罕程度與“飛鳥封”相比不遑多讓。
