1918 to 1919, about one hundred German people were held in Siyu
Temple in Peking. Mails form the POW camp are scarce.

西峪寺寄上海。民國3分郵製信箋（韓目6），銷西峪寺腰框英漢日戳，背鈐“西峪寺敵國人民管理處”橢圓形戳記。經北京。1.11抵上海。在1918年10月至1919年間，約一百名德國人被拘留於北京西峪寺，郵例較為少見難得。
