Shanghai Chinese PO (8 Sep), IJPO Shanghai (9 Sep). Although
Imperial Post had to right to deliver mail bags by Kiaochow-Tsinan
Railway, no Chinese railway psot office was established until the
founding of ROC. Therefore it is a rather early example of
Kiaochow-Tsinan Chinese TPO which was closed in 1914 due to
WWI.

坊子寄美國，貼宋字蟠龍1角，銷坊子腰框英漢日戳。經膠濟快車，9.8經上海清郵，9.9經上海日本客郵局。雖然大清郵政有權經膠濟鐵路運送郵袋，但無車站。在民國成立始見中華郵政火車郵局，故此為較早之例子。在1914年，膠濟火車郵局因一戰而關閉。
