franking of Red Revenue 4c and combination with Russian stamps is
very appealing. Combination with Russian stamps is the rarest
combination for Red Revnue covers as there is only one example
recorded in "The Revenue Surcharges China 1897" by Directorate

1型紫色日戳。9.18經上海英局，9.21經香港。10.22抵伯恩。從收件人可知為集郵封，但單貼大肆分並混貼俄國票實在稀罕難得。混貼俄國票為紅印花封片中最為稀罕少見之混貼形式，即使在交通部郵政總局《紅印花郵票》中亦僅見一例，可遇不可求。2024.5-6
