One of the cards was sent by diplomat Ernest Johnson who was one of the 11 diplomats assigned to Russia due to intervention. 1919年一對往來海參崴美國西伯利亞遠征軍之圖片明信片，分別貼俄國及海峽殖民地票，鈐海參崴俄文檢查章。當中一件出自外交家Ernest Johnson。他是因干涉西伯利亞而被委派的十一位外交官之一。
