Kuang Hsu Year "Hoof" cover from Sair-Ussu to the Urgan Amban, featuring drawings of hooves. Sair-Ussu was the junction of the Yizhan network in Mongolia. However, since the independence of Mongolia, the rise of Urga led to the decline of Sasir-Ussu. Despite its past importance, existing exammples are extremely scarce with only one warrant and two covers (including this one) are known. 光緒年間蒙古“馬上飛遞封”，由賽爾烏蘇寄庫倫大臣，鈐紅色官印。賽爾烏蘇於清代蒙古台站網絡中佔中心位置，隨後才因庫倫在為台站中心而衰落。雖然地位重要，但存世郵例極罕，目前已知僅有一件火票及兩件驛站封（包括這件）。
