1909 Anda (13 Dec) to a naval officer of cruiser Zemchug at Vladivostok. Picture postcard with manuscript of "Anda", f.w. Coat of Arms 3k, tied by Chinese Eastern Railway line 261 type 2 oval d.s. Arrived Vladivostok (15 Dec). T&S recorded only one loose stamp example from Anda Russian PO which made it the only way to acquie an item from Anda. 1909.12.13 安達寄海參崴一艘巡洋艦上的軍官。圖片明信片，抬頭寫有地點安達，貼軍徽圖3戈比，銷中東鐵路261線T&S 2型橢圓日戳。T&S記錄安達俄局之存世例子僅有一枚舊票，故此為入手安達寄出郵品之唯一途徑。
