to Peking, uprated by 1mil, tied by Alexandrie cds. Transit
Shanghai French PO (Mar), Customs Tientsin (9 Mar). In combination
with Small Dragon 3ca for domestic rate and tied by Peking Chinese
seal, matching with I.G. of Customs Peking (11 Mar) arrival cds.
Michael Ho stated that there are only two incoming covers from
Eygpt to Peking with Small Dragon stamps for supplementary domestic
postage. Here is the third one.
