Transit Siakwan (30 Apr) with hand-filled cds, Tengyueh (5 May), Sea Post (21 May). Combination franking of British Indian issues were no longer required after 1 Mar 1904 as China and India reached a postal convention. It is the earliest recorded example after the convention without combination franking. Illustartion in “History of Postal Cancellation of China” by Paul K.S. Chang.
