Cover opened out and reduced. T&S did not record any example from this PO, hence extremely scarce. Taolaichao was located in Kirin province, south of Harbin. 1905.10.16 陶賴昭寄聖彼得堡，無貼票，鈐少見之陶賴昭俄局日戳。另見“俄國-荷蘭分隊”橫戳。11.3抵聖彼得堡。T&S未有記錄任何陶賴昭之存世例子，因而極罕。陶賴昭位於吉林省內，哈爾濱以南。

Arrived St. Petersburg (22 Aug). According to T&S, the post office in Tsitsikar was reverted to military status during Russo-Japanese War and then changed again to be civilian post no later than 1907. 1905年齊齊哈爾寄俄國。圖片明信片，寫有始發地齊齊哈爾，貼軍徽圖3戈比，銷中東鐵路261號郵車日戳。8.22抵聖彼得堡。T&S指齊齊哈爾俄局於日俄戰爭期間為軍郵局，隨後改為民郵局。

T&S stated that although loose stamps are common, covers from this Chinese Eastern Railway station are still very scarce. 1913.3.23 一件500盧布之匯款卡，由海蘭泡寄齊齊哈爾，鈐海蘭泡始發日戳。4.7抵達，鈐齊齊哈爾俄局T&S 4型日戳。T&S指雖然出自此車站之舊票頗多，但信封甚為稀罕難得。
