1949 Homei (Oct) to Taipeh. Chinese style cover, f.w. Domestic Letter Unit Stamp ovpt. Limited For Use in Taiwan (Chan TP89), tied by Homei type T5 cds. Arrived Taipeh (16 Oct). Fortune Wang recorded the latest usage of T5 cds was at Homei, dated 13 Oct. This example, although the cds is faint, certainly also a late usage, if not even later given the arrival cds, not to mention that example from this small town is already scarce. 1949.10 和美寄台北。中式封，貼國內平信單位票加蓋限台灣貼用（陳目TP89），銷和美T5型日戳。10.16抵台北。王豐銓記錄T5型日戳之最晚記錄為10月13日，同樣出自美和。此例雖然戳不清，但按到達戳可推斷同樣極晚甚至更晚，更遑論出自小地名美和本已少見難得。
