1912 Fangtze (5 Sep) to USA, f.w. Coiling Dragon ovpt. ROC 10c, tied by Fangtze bilingual cds. Transit Kiaochow-Tsinan Railway, Shanghai Chinese PO (8 Sep), IJPO Shanghai (9 Sep). Although Imperial Post had to right to deliver mail bags by Kiaochow-Tsinan Railway, no Chinese railway psot office was established until the founding of ROC. Therefore it is a rather early example of Kiaochow-Tsinan Chinese TPO which was closed in 1914 due to WWI. 1912.9.5 坊子寄美國，貼宋字蟠龍1角，銷坊子腰框英漢日戳。經膠濟快車，9.8經上海清郵，9.9經上海日本客郵局。雖然大清郵政有權經膠濟鐵路運送郵袋，但無車站。在民國成立始見中華郵政火車郵局，故此為較早之例子。在1914年，膠濟火車郵局因一戰而關閉。

Contrary to those taking Tatung-Peking-Siberia route for Europe, this mail headed south for Szechuan-Shanghai for Pacific route to USA. 1908.12 寧遠寄美國，貼蟠龍1角，銷寧遠腰框英漢日戳。12.31經雅州，1.9經重慶，1.28經上海清郵，1.29交上海日本客郵局。不同於走大同-北京-西伯利亞寄歐洲的例子，此封南下四川，經長江郵路到上海，再經太平洋郵路至美國。
