(5) 1950 citation of a road-builder from Eryuan. All building mobile cds are scarce. 1950年代一組4件出自西康、昌都之川藏公路築路流動郵局封，其中3件鈐流動局支、二組、六組到達戳，1件鈐德格崗拖到達戳，另加1件民工的立功喜報，難的的一組。

Labrang (Siaho) did not join the proinvce of Tsinghai but stayed within Kansu. Kannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was founded in 1953 after liberaetion. 1956.7.15 甘南藏族自治區巡迴醫療隊封，寄上海，貼普8冶金工人8分，銷“甘肅 / 夏河”三格點線日戳。7.21抵上海。為甘肅藏區之例子。拉卜楞寺（夏河）於青海建省時未有加入，而是留於甘肅。在解放後成立甘南藏族自治區。
