Provincial Bank of Kwangtung Province was founded in Aug 1920 but only operated for 2 months. In Oct, banknotes were overprinted with character "Provincial" for governmental management. 民國七年（1918）廣東省立銀行加蓋“省立”壹圓、伍圓及拾圓，鈐藍色騎縫章。Very Fine - Extremely Fine. 廣東省立銀行於1920年8月開業，但僅兩個月後便因桂軍失敗而在鈔票上加蓋“省立”，改名“省立廣東銀行”，改為官辦。
