early usage of Small Dragon surch 2c issues. Michael Ho only
recorded about 40 covers and cards f.w. Small Dragon surch issues.

上海寄漢口。紅條封，貼小龍加蓋小字2分橫雙連帶左過橋邊紙，銷上海海關始發日戳。2.19抵漢口海關。甚早之小龍改值2分票貼用例子。何沐源記載，貼小龍改值票之封片存世僅約四十件。何沐源著《小龍郵票》第347頁圖4-1原件。
