Showing Proud type I220 "DEFICIENT POSTAGE / FINE" marking at Hong
Kong and "1s MORE TO PAY" oval marking. In total of 1sh/1d due on
arrival was levied. It is the earliest usage of F1 obliterator in
private (while other 2 covers with the same date are in Hong Kong
Museum of History) as well as the earliest recorded usage of Hong
Kong Deficient Postage marking.
