Dated 23 Feb 1932. 帆船1分郵資片，自南京寄日本，銷“譚院長國葬紀念” 1931.9.4日戳，白片。1932。1.28，日本發動一·二八事变，史称一·二八淞沪抗战，日本称上海事变，此片落入日軍手中，寫信回家，詳述戰況，日期 2月23日，落款“上海派遣軍”，是日軍主力，鈐“ 軍事郵便“免費寄出，帶長官檢查私戳。淞沪抗战郵品十分難得。
