Hiogo Japanese PO (24 Jun), Yokohama (29 Jun), San Francisco (17
Jul). Finally arrived Dobeln (10 Apr). T mark and "Post Cards to
This Address / Cannot be Forwarded" applied in USA. With BPA
certificate. Given the low volume of mails, existing exampels of
Hiogo BPO are very scarce as Webb only recorded one cover front
with Hiogo BPO and D30 obliterator. As this PO was closed after
1879, it is probably a last year usage.
