strikes of Swatow Gold Yuan meter stamp + SYS Gold Yuan $10000 in
pair, in total of Gold Yuan $3.92m = Silver Yuan $5.6 (Huipi
concessionary half rate Silver Yuan 5c + airmail rate 30c per
letter), tied by Swatow bilingual cds. Huipi bulk mail is always
scarce, not to mention Gold Yuan usage during Silver Yuan period.
