1926 (Sep) Large registered cover from Mongolian Commercial and Industrial Bank at Altanbulak to Ulanbator, applied with Altanbulak square boxed d.s., matching with registered mark. Arrived Ulanbator (2 Sep) with arrival cds. Showing Hellrigl type 2 Urga "Oplacheno" (Paid) Russian h.s. on both sides. Hellrigl only reocrded the usage of this h.s. in Urga. Very interesting and probably unique. 1926.9 蒙古工商銀行大型掛號封自阿勒坦布拉格寄烏蘭巴托，背面鈐阿勒坦布拉格方形始發日戳。正蓋掛號章。9.2抵烏蘭巴托。正背另鈐Hellrigl 2型“Oplacheno”俄文已付橫戳。Hellrigl記載此橫戳用於庫倫，未見用於阿勒坦布拉格，可能為孤品。

Mongolian 1st issue $1 with fiscal use circular red seal on front while 5c x3 + 1 dropped stamp on reverse, tied by Altanbulak cds. In combination with USSR issue x3, tied by Troitskosavsk (6 Feb) cds. Cover opened out for display. Mongolian 1st issue were once overprinted for fiscal use. Examples on cover were very scarce. This example was recorded by Hellrigl but probably philatelic given the addressee and combination franking with USSR stamps instead of Chinese postage due issue. Illustration fig. 236, p. 330 in "The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941" by W C Hellrigl. 1929.2 阿勒坦布拉格寄哈爾濱郵商M. F. Shooliack。掛號封，正貼蒙古第一版1元加蓋印花用紅色圓戳，背貼5分x3 + 一枚掉票，銷阿勒坦布拉格日戳。加貼蘇聯票3枚，銷恰克圖2.6日戳。封剖開以作展示。蒙古第一版票曾被加蓋紅色圓戳以作印花稅票使用，貼於信封上作郵票的例子十分珍罕。此封見於Hellrigl記錄中，但由於收件人身份以及混貼蘇聯票而非中國欠資票，故應為集郵封。Hellrigl著《The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941》第330頁圖236原件。

Although Looshnikoff was notorious for producing forgeries, he also produced philatelic covers with genuine franking. The "Received Damage" h.s. even elevated the item. 1927.12.13 蒙古工商銀行掛號封自烏蘭巴托寄莫斯科，背貼蒙古第三版25m + 50m + 1 Tuhrik，銷烏蘭巴托日戳及“收到破損”俄文橫戳。12.30抵莫斯科。出色之六倍郵資例子，“收到破損”橫戳更顯難得。
