Probably the only known registered wrapper used in Tibet. As the
Tibetan postmarks are usually dateless and the related documents
are missing, it is still a puzzle for philatelists to ascertain the
chronicle of Tibetan postage, not to mention the registered
rate.
1930至1950年代掛號包裝封皮寄江孜，貼西藏獅圖第三版2章噶雙連，合4章噶掛號郵資，銷模糊戳記。很可能是西藏唯一之掛號包裝封皮例子。西藏郵戳大多沒有日期，相關文獻亦從缺，掛號郵資之調資仍有待探索。
