Less than 3 examples with this "CLOSED AGAINST INSPECTION" mark were recorded. 1913.3 寧波寄英國。欠資包裹剪片，貼香港愛德華七世4仙，銷寧波英局Webb F型E字日戳，旁鈐“CLOSED AGAINST INSPECTION”圓戳及T章。到埗倫敦後罰欠資6便士。蓋有此“CLOSED AGAINST INPECTION”圓戳之存世例子不足三件。

Transit Yokohama (7 Jan), Napoli (22 Jan). Arrived Rome with oval handfilled company d.s. (12 Feb). The uncancelled Hong Kong stamps were not recognized as valid postage upon arrival at Italy. T mark and "0.50" due annotation were applied. In combination with Italian 50c postage due stamp in pair for double due amount. Exceptional taxed example due to the closure of British Post in Japan. Extremely scarce. 1886.1.1 長崎寄意大利，貼香港維多利亞女皇像10仙雙連，但由於長崎英國客郵局於1879年已關閉，故無蓋銷。背面蓋有長崎日本郵局始發日戳。1.7經橫濱，1.22經拿坡里。2.12抵羅馬，鈐手填橢圓形公司日戳。由於香港票未有蓋銷，故不獲意大利郵政承認，被判為欠資。蓋有T章及寫有欠資“0.50”字樣，貼意大利欠資票50分雙連，以合雙倍罰資。因英國在日客郵局關閉而產生之欠資票，極為有趣難得。

As 12c was only to Alexandria, thus in combination with Italian postage due 60c for onward carriage paid on receipt in Italy, tied by Milan (27 Oct) cds. 1870.9.5 橫濱寄意大利。郵簡，寫有“via Brindisi”及“6”郵資，貼香港維多利亞女皇像12仙，銷Y1紫色殺手戳，背蓋有橫濱英局日戳。9.13經香港，10.22經亞歷山大，10.27經布林迪西。由於12仙僅為寄亞歷山大郵資，故加貼意大利欠資票60分以付餘款，銷米蘭10.27到達戳。
