Peking Office” handfilled arrival seal. Flap applied with
unrecrorded letter “Pei” seal. On front with gold foil. Luxurious
and rare. Probably unique. Cover top left damaged. Front and back
partly detached but reinforced.
1905年保定陸軍第四鎮寄總理戶部衙門戴鴻慈。公文紅條封，背面鈐“北洋文報總局”始發及“北洋文報京局”到達手填日期直戳。並以未記錄之“北”字緘印封口。正面灑有金萡，甚為華麗大氣，可能為孤品。封左上角有損，正背面部分分離但被修補加強。
