Nice printed matter example of IPO tie-print. 2009 (May) Phila China. 1902.1.18 汕頭寄美國，背貼蟠龍2分，合印刷品郵資，銷汕頭半切漢英日戳。加貼香港維多利亞女皇像2仙，銷汕頭Webb 3型IPO騎縫戳及1.29維多利亞日戳。2.22抵溫哥華。IPO騎縫戳之印刷品例子較少見。2009.5 PhilaChina。

1902 Chefoo (8 Sep) to Canada, f.w. Coiling Dragon 1c for domestic printed matter rate, tied by Chefoo bisected bilingual cds. Transit Shanghai Chinese PO (11 Sep). In combination with Hong Kong QV 4c for international printed matter rate, tied by Shanghai BPO (12 Sep). Transit Vancouver (4 Oct). Arrived Hamilton (10 Oct). Such "relay postage" with combination of CIP and foreign stamps was lower than normal international rate. Rather late and scarce example. 1902.9.8 煙台寄加拿大，貼蟠龍1分，合國內印刷品郵資，銷煙台半切漢英日戳。9.11經上海中國郵局。加貼香港維多利亞女皇像4仙，合國際印刷品郵資，銷上海英局9.12日戳。10.4經溫哥華。10.10抵Hamilton。同時貼大清及外國票之“接力郵資”而非直接貼付國際印刷品郵資以節省郵費，出自大清郵政中期並混貼港英票較為少見。
