Such "relay postage" with combination of CIP and foreign stamps was lower than normal international rate. Rather late and scarce example. 1902.9.8 煙台寄加拿大，貼蟠龍1分，合國內印刷品郵資，銷煙台半切漢英日戳。9.11經上海中國郵局。加貼香港維多利亞女皇像4仙，合國際印刷品郵資，銷上海英局9.12日戳。10.4經溫哥華。10.10抵Hamilton。同時貼大清及外國票之“接力郵資”而非直接貼付國際印刷品郵資以節省郵費，出自大清郵政中期並混貼港英票較為少見。
