China diagonally 5pf + 25pf, in total of 30pf international registered rate, tied by Tsingtau German PO (17 May) cds. Arrived Lichtenthal (29 Jun). The 12ca value of Small Dragon block was treated as 12c, plus the Empress Dowager 8c, making up the 20c international registered rate. Interesting combination franking of candarins and cent stamps.
