Sandbach中尉，貼維多利亞女皇像1安娜加蓋OnHMS，銷內圓外方日戳。抵實驗郵局。為兩件錫金野戰軍OHMS封之一，實驗郵局日戳亦極為難得。

It is the lastest known cover of Skkim Field Force. 1889.7.11 英國寄錫金野戰軍Arthur E. Sandbach上尉。報哀封，貼維多利亞女皇票，銷Penrith雙聯日戳。 7.17經海郵B局，Jalapahar，8.2經Padong，8.5經孟買。此為與錫金野戰軍有關之最晚信封。
