This fair was organized and held in St Andrew’s Church, Kowloon by the Scottisch Community on behalf of the War Charities. The cancellation was vetoed by the post office but some covers was successfully posted and exist. High catalogue price. 1917.11.30 香港本埠，貼香港佐治五世4仙，銷稀罕之St Andrew’s Fair紀念日戳，旁鈐12.2香港到達戳。此活動於九龍聖安德烈堂由在港的蘇格蘭人團體舉行，旨在為戰爭籌款。此紀念戳被郵局否決，但仍有部分信封成功投遞並存世至今。目錄價格高。
