1939 French military cover from Tientsin to France, frankless and with "F.M." annotation, applied with Shanghai French PO (7 Feb) transit cds. Example before the Tientsin Incident in which Japanese troops blocked the British settlement in Tientsin.

1939年法軍軍郵封自天津寄法國，無貼票，帶“F.M.”字樣，鈐2.7上海法局中轉戳。寄於天津事件前不久。
