1903 Shanhaikwan (26 Jun) to Tientsin. Russian 3k PSC, tied by Shanhaikwan Russian PO T&S type 2 cds. Arrived Tientsin Russian PO (27 Jun). with type 4 cds. T&S only recorded Shanhaikwan type 2 cds on one stampless cover as transit. The Tientsin type 4 cds is also very late as the latest record was 23 Dec 1901 by T&S. Cover folded at middle.

1903.6.26 山海關寄天津。俄國3戈比郵資片，銷山海關俄局T&S 2型日戳。6.27抵天津俄局，鈐4型日戳。山海關2型日戳在T&S記錄中僅見一件蓋於無貼票封上作中轉戳的例子，另外其記錄天津4型日戳之最晚日期為1901年12月23日，故此例亦甚晚。片中折。
