'Tamar' to South Ashford uprated with 4c. carmine, $1 on 96c. grey plus K.E.VII 12c. cancelled by Registered Hong Kong c.d.s., "Insured for ninety six pounds" with brownish "insured." label and Kent registered oval (26.4); without registration label and London transit on the reverse; small segment of the back is missing but that is still a scarce stationery envelope, allowing the cover to open for display; soiled. Pays 16c. postage (2oz.) plus $1 insurance
