Tongzhi Year 3 (1864) Imperial silk cover from the Regent and the Cabinet to the Viceroy and Governor of Szechuan with secret imperial decree. Applied with “Tong Dao Tang” seals on reverse with was kept by Empress Dowager to signifiy imperial power prior to the infant emperor assuming real power. It was delivered by courier post at top speed 600 Li.

同治三年（1864）議政王軍機大臣密諭四川督撫崇實、駱秉章，黃綾封套，後鈐有“同道堂”鈐記二方，由六百里諭知。
